We will not share your credit card number or any other financial information with any third party except to complete your purchase and to verify your information. 


The products and services offered by LatinXCoders and promoted through this website are not directed to children without the supervision of a parent or guardian over the age of 21, and we never intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under the age of 13 (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act, or “COPPA”), without their parental or guardian’s consent. 

If there is reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided PII to LatinXCoders through this website, please contact us and we will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably possible.


All changes and updates to our privacy policy will be posted on our website so that users are always aware of them. These changes will be effective immediately.
